Hi,
i was arrested for DUI last year in apr 2011 but got it expunged last month.i'm on my 2nd term H1 visa and now my employer wants to start the GC process by filing the Labor.these are the questions which i have:
1.does anywere in the labor petition it talks about arrests/convictions?
2.if it does what should i answer?because now i'm not under probation and the charge on me is expunged as well.
any help on this is highly appreciated.
