I'm on L2 visa which is valid till Nov'15. My EAD is expiring by May'15. My husband's company will apply for visa extension only by Apr'15 (6 months before visa expiration date). In this case, can i apply for EAD extension for just 5 months period from May'15 to Nov'15 with a letter explaining my situation. I can apply for another EAD extension soon after we receive our visa extension. I wanted to know if they will give EAD extension for just 5 months. Please help with your response.
