1. I have got my EAD/advance parole but I need to go to India for 2-3 months due to a family emergency.I have a valid L1A until 2016. As travel duration is 2-3 months, according to the organization's HR policies, my payroll will get transferred from NA to India.
Would this payroll transfer create a problem in my green card approval? If so, kindly advise on how should I go ahead with it.
