I am in the US right now & my case for green card is still pending with the INS.I came as a visitor & legally filed for change of status due to employment.My green card interview was done last year & I am waiting for the final approval for stamping but its taking a long time.The officer who interviewed me had taken my I-94 for filing with my papers. I applied for advance parole as I need to travel to my country on an emergency visit & received the same from the INS. Will there be any problem to leave the US or return since I do not have the I-94 to submit while leaving as it is with the INS? Your answer would be much appreciated.Thanks.
