Hi,
I submitted my OPT extension application on December 7 and received receipt on December 12. I observed that there is no payment option on my bank check. USCIS tried to cash that check but payment was returned by bank. From December 23, USCIS not giving any 14 days grace period for bounced check payments. So, I thought to withdraw that application and submit new application. I sent withdrawal letter, waiting for approval notice. I noticed from some threads here, that it will take more than 30 days to get approval notice. I'm not sure about this. My current EAD expires on Feburary 2nd. Can i send new application with out getting withdrawal approval for the first application. If anyone had the same situation, please give me some suggestions. Thanks.
