AP Request for evidence
Hi, I apply for AP and I got request for evidence, that I have to proof my status in US, since I was apply for asylum 2015, I sent them alien number form, finger print, notice of action of my ead, but the thing is that I forgot to mark wich evidence I'm sending to them. I had 3 options to chose with i485, without i485 and place, I should select without i485. I didnt pay attention on this...
Anyways I just want to know, are they gonna sent me back or they will accept my evidence, reject? Is anybody who knows answer here.
Also if they gonna accept evidence, how long does it take to continue with my case?
