OK. Some people are getting their EAD/APs and some aren't. I want to see if we can figure out whether this is random/chance or if their is some red flag regarding status or unlawful presence.

I want to gather some data:

Date of application received:
Days when EAD/AP approved (N/A if not approved):
RFE received?
Status before applying?
Unlawful presence before applying (ever)?

I?m aware of the tracker, but I?m focused on a specific variable (status/unlawful presence). The tracker wasn?t designed to collect it, and sometimes it?s easier to collect your own data. If no one is interested, then no one will post. Thanks though.
