Hello everybody,
My wife is a US citizen we got married 3 years back and we applied for the GC and EAD. I got my EAD and still have not got my GC(nearly 3 years later). Last year when I tried to renew my EAD I did not get the EAD approved within 90 days, took an appointement and went to USCIS office and was not give interim EAD because according to them they had already mailed my EAD...which I never recieved. I then contacted my local congressman and thru the efforts of his office finally got my EAD. Again when I applied for my EAD renewal this year....its nearing 90 days period and I still have not got my EAD card....and this time the additional problem is that when I try to get an appointement at NEWARK, NJ office they do not have any appointements for next two months.
On infopass when I enter the zip code of my address Newark,nj office is selected but if I select a different zip code of south Jersey it directs me to Cherry Hill,NJ office which has appointements available. So can I go to a different district office in the same state to get my interim EAD card
So if please anybody can give me right advise for my EAD as well as GC related problem
