Clarification Regarding my Advance Payrole
I need some advice regarding my Advance pay role , Currently I am working in USA with Company A who is currently holding my H1B visa . I have also applied my Green card through Company B based on future based employment . My visa stamping in my passport was already expired . as part of Canadian Imm. Process I need to land in Canada . Can I use advanced pay role to come back to USA without going for visa revalidation in Canada ? if I use advanced pay role shall I have to shift to EAD ? one of my friend advised me that I need not shift to EAD as my G.C was sponsored based on future employment basis , is it true ? I will appreciate your help
