    EAD/AP Question

    Hello all,

    I have a question .

    We have applied for EAD/AP recently. Planning to visit India now. I have no visa stamping (expired). Do I have to wait until I receive my AP or can I travel and when my husband is coming (in the next 3 months) he can get my AP?
