I am in I-485(filed last month), married with a daughter born in India. 2 days after filing I-485, I applied for I-131 and mailed it to Nebraska Service Center while the check was made payable to INS-CSC for $110 (as I live in Fremont, CA). Today I got a rejection notice along with a letter from INS-NSC. They just say that the application cannot be accepted as submitted. Do I have to resubmit the check for $130 made payable to INS-NSC and mail it again to INS-NSC ????
In my earlier filing I wrote the check for $110 payable to INS-CSC and mailed the application to INS-NSC. Do you think I should instead write the check and mail it to INS-NSC ?????
