Hi,
I entered as K1 visa and I sent my EAD application with my I-485(AOS) after my 90 days of entry. On the question # 16 of EAD I put (a)(6). I was confused what category I belong, whether (a)(6) or (C)(9). Would it be a problem? Is it possible that they will return my application?
