Advance Parole approved but not recieved in mail
Hi -
I am currently on EAD and have applied for Advance Parole on Apr 25th. Since applying, I didn't recieved any reciept notice although USCIS have debit the fee check.
When I contacted USCIS - Texas Service center a week back, they told me my case was approved on May 28th, however, I didn't recieved it through email. The representative said, if I didn't recieved it I've to apply for another one and they would not issue the duplicate one. I've some questions pertaining to my situation and appreciate if the forum can help me out with that -
1. Do I have to re-apply if I don't get it in next few weeks or Can I go to nearest local office to get a copy of Adv parole?
2. Can I leave US without Advance parole in hand (knowing that it has been approved)?
