Hello,
Due to family emergency (death of a family member), my parents wish to temporarily leave US to South Korea for funeral.
I was wondering if there are any problems of re entering US.
We currently have our combo card with approved advanced parole on our EAD card. We do not have any criminal activity (drug, etc) on our record. However, we were once denied I-485 before (different I-485 from the combo card we are approved with) and we are now overstaying with our E-2 visa expired.
I apologize for the urgency but please help us as soon as possible.
Please share us your experience for any advice. I have contacted our lawyer but we have yet received an answer.
