I am currently on EB3 with priority date of June 2007. I was married in 2008 and although I have my EAD but I still maintain my H1B visa status and wife is on H4 visa. Now I am planning to move to another company with EB2 category. My Question is since EB2 category is also retrogressed to 2004, can we file greencard application for my wife along with my application under Eb2? Or I have to wait till EB2 priority date moves till June 2007 before we can submit my wife application?
