Attorney who filed my PERM arrested

My company outsourced immigration work to a New York based law firm. The attroney who filed my PERM left this law firm 7 months back and charged for not advertising jobs for PERM.

My i140 is approved under EB2. Received an email from my company today that there will be a conference call next week to see the affects?

Question: how will this arrest affect my case?
