Hello All,
Can some one please explain me the difference between PW and labor certification.
I am aware that for applying GC, we have
1) labor certification stage
2) I-140 stage
3) I-485 stage ... etc
My question is: My company agreed to file for my GC in EB2 category and now after supplying them with all the required documents says that they will have to apply for Prevailing wage first which might take 60 to 75 days keeping in mind the current trend and then will release the advertisement and do recruitment. After recruitment is done they will file the perm.
So can somebody explain me how do all these things get married together.
the PW, advertisement , LC etc...
Also, can we not file the LC for the perm before the PW is approved and is there anything like a blanket PW ?
Any information in this regard is appreciated, if its explained is detail would really help.
