Green Card - Provide your opinion please
Folks,
I am asking for your opinion and I understand the final decision lies with me, so please chime in.
I am working for a consulting company and as a contractor on a fixed term project, the pay is below the living standards but the consulting company has collected my paperwork for GC process under EB-2 and I am working on latest technologies out here.
I have also interviewed recently with a large firm who seems to be interested in hiring me but its in its final legs. However, if I know the way these large companies work, they make you work for atleast a min time frame (a year) b4 they start sniffing around my GC. I feel that this position is support with enhancement work.
Given the way in which the GC process is moving, GC priority dates can move in any direction so, what are your thoughts?
