Hi,
My company started my PERM process last month (Late July 2014) and they are still working with DOL to establish the wages etc. My current H1B visa expires on 9/4/2015. Based on current PERM processing times what are my chances of getting my H1B renewed so I can stay and work in the USA past my H1B expiration date (6 years H1B expiration).
Also I am marrying my gf on 7/11/2015. Should I go that route for Green Card. Will I be able to get my work authorization in time?
