Switch a Spousal based green card to employment based green card

I'm a Green card holder and received my GC 2 years ago through my spouse. It's valid upto 10 years and the category on my GC is E27. I got employment through my new company and was wondering if there's any way to switch my current category to employment sponsor category and can get a new replacement card.

I was wondering of somebody can advise me.
