What will be effect on applied PERM if moved to H4 as a dependent as spouse have H1
Hi This is Purshotam. I have last 14 months of H1 and company not yet applied any PERM. But planning to apply in next 5 months. My wife have H1b for another 3 years. If my PERM is applied but not yet approved till my last date of H1B 6th year, can I move to H4 spouse depenedent and stay in US? Is my PERM status will be valid, as I move to H4? Does this stop the process of PERM? Can I get approval on PERM and Can I apply H1B again based on approved PERM?
