EB GC Processing - Employer Change Job Title Change

Hi,

1)Company A filed GC , I-140 Approved.
2)Company B is ready to file from Labor again
Job Duties are almost same in old Company A and Company B
however only job Title is different in Company B .
In this case can we use old Priority Date ?
