Hi,
I am working for company A and recently(Mid October -2015) filed for I-485 ,due to structural changes in the company they are moving employees services into another unit with different name company B.
My attorney suggested to wait till 180 days before transferring my H1B to Company B, so that i wont have to file for Green card again.
Now my question is
What happens after 180 days of filing I 485?
My H1b extension is also expiring on May 2016?
Will i have to do H1B transfer after 180 days of filing I 485?
Is it safe to work on EAD?
When do they file for AC21?
Appreciate if anyone can help me with this situtaion
