Moving out of state during Perm-GC proc, When is the best time ?

Hi everyone,

Currently on H1B , my employer filed 9089 PERM in Jan 2016

The procedure being :
- File form 9089
- 9089 Perm approval
- file i-140 (EB-2 premium proc) and i-485 concurrently
- i-140 approval
- AOS i-485 approval
- Receive GC

I know that moving while processing is not the best idea, but after what stage is it secure to file an AR-11 and move out ?
PERM states that I work physically in the company office, Management announced recently I could work remotely in the future.
Thus I would take the opportunity to try another state to live in.
