Hi Everyone,
I just signed up today and am trying to find my way through this forum. Lots of experiences with US visas. I am from Europe.
Now I am applying for a Green Card via EB-1B (Outstanding Professor). My whole package (I-140, I-765, I-485) were filed together. The petition was submitted last September and everything has gone through well so far - I-140 approved quickly, EAD/Advance Parole Card, biometrics okay. I seem to be "stuck" in a pending state of Adjustment now, with my last notice online (Feb 28, 2018) "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". I never received the actual notice though - requested it - still nothing. I plan to call USCIS next week but am curious about others' experiences.
I am also interested to hear interview experiences from EB1B applicants. It's so complicated, last year there was no interview in sight at all, and now it is a protocol. Any relevant experiences would be highly appreciated.
Thanks very much!
