I am a RN. My employer filed my PERM and I 140 from location A. In June 7th 2018 my I485 was field. My EAD expired in July so couldn't work. Got my EAD in beginning of September. Location A didn't want me back at that time. So my location was change to B by my employer. The problem is, I got my interview date in November. Its not been 180 after filing i485. What to do? Can I reschedule interview? Will my I 485 be denies and I will be out of status?
