Advance Parole???????????
Hello Everyone & Gurus,
I am on TN visa and have got H1-B visa approved this year and will be active from 1st of October2007, my wife is on TD visa and she will be on H4 visa from October2007.
I have applied for (I-140/I-485/AP) this year. My questions are:
- We want to travel to canad on AP, so in this scenario when we return to US, do we need to stamped our visa (H1-B & H4)????
OR
- while traveling on AP there is no need for Visa stamped.????
