Hi Guys,
Here is my situation
I finished 9 years in US and I got my I-140 approved in april this year under EB2. However, I am not able to file my I-485 because of the salary reasons.
As I changed groups, My salary went down from what was filed in labor. As this might take a while for my salary to get back to my original level.
I was wondering what my options are.
Is this possible for me to change jobs if I find a consulting company accepting to transfer my H1-B (even if this means loosing my GC processing with my current company).Can I port my priority date which is in 2002 if I change jobs. Please advice.
