My company filed my green card during the recent June activity.
My priority date is Jun07. The PERM is cleared. The 140 was applied. The 485 was applied for me and my wife. In addition, they applied for my wife's EAD card too. I thought I need not apply for the EAD at that time. We have'nt received the USCIS acceptance receipt as yet.
Question: What needs to be done if I want to apply for my EAD at this time?
