I e-filed I-140 application in EB2 category (paid $475) on july 31st, 2007, selecting the option of filing I-485, I-131 and I-765 concurrently. On august 8th I sent the supporting documentation for the I140 application along with my I-485, I-131 and I-765 applications with an application fee of $1010.00 for the I-485 concurrently filed with I-131 and I-765. The USCIS has returned the application saying that the filing fees is incorrect. They have asked me to resubmit the application with correct filing fee. When I called the customer service, one person told me that the fees I paid is correct and can resubmit with the same check, while another person told me I should pay old fees, but may not be able to resubmit. What fees should I pay and can I resubmit the application now? Thank you for your kind help.
