Hi all,
I got my M.S Degree in May 2005 and i am working in a company A and got my H1 approved in September 2005 . Now they applied for Labor Certification and my lawyer is saying that my labor got declined because i don't any experience outside company A. What should i do now? Do i need to have experience from two separate companies to have my labor approved..........
Please suggest me on this.
