from OPT into PERM-GC: can you work in the meantime?
My situation is:
I am dentist trained in Spain. I have a Master-specialty degree from North Carolina. I have a license to practice dentistry in Florida. My OPT expires on June 30th 2008. My Florida employer wants to sponsor now my PERM-GC process (which we have not initiated yet).
My question is:
will I be allowed to work in the USA while the PERM-GC is being processed? and if so, how?
