Got Reentry permit ....can i ?
Hi,
I applied for Reentry permit in June 2007 when i was in USA. I gave my country's embassy details to receive the Approval Documents.
Now in Feb 2008 i have received (to my US address and iam in India now) a notice stating my application is approved and its valid till Jan 2010 and i can collect the document from US embassy in next several weeks.
Now my questions,
1) Iam planning to get married soon. Can i apply for GC sponsorship for my spouse from india?
2) Can i travel to other countries as i have got reentry permits saying for personal needs i cannot be in US. If yes, is there any time limit in travelling to other countries like i can travel but should return with 3 months etc....
