Hi,
I've filed for I-485 adjustmant of status, and I believe USCIS now has everything it needs from me, medical reports etc. I also have my EAD. So I now have a priority date - think it's Feb 2007 in 3rd category all chargeability bracket.
Recently, it was announced that USCIS would try and clear it's backlog by approving green cards without waiting for FBI approval.
Does this mean my approval should move more quickly? Each time I look at the latest Visa bulletin, it doesn't sem to be getting much closer!!
