This is Sarat..Last year I and my spouse applied for EAD/Advance Payroll and 485 as they were current at that point. At that time my kid was in India (she got valid H4 visa till 2010) she is four year old now.
Can I add/apply her I-485 or am I need to wait for current dates again. IF not what happens if my 485 is approved before it’s not been current (my priority date of labor is oct-2006)
Someone can please help me by giving some information in this as we don't have any idea what to do with my kid.
