Dear Friends:
Need help with the following:
1. How much time is spent on advertising and paperwork before LABOR is filed?
2. If Labor is filed before 365 days of the expiry of the 6 year H1B period, but Labor approval is pending when the 6 year term expires, what happens at that point of time??? will the candidate get an extension of H1B term???
3.If labor filed when only 10 months time left on H1B. Is it possible to file the Labor along with an 1 year H1B extension??
4. GC is being processed by previous employer, but i loose the job with current employer??? then what will happen??? can the GC process happen without any problem???
5. When can a wife who is on H1B be added to Husband's GC??? Is it possible to add after LABOR APPROVAL or only after I-140??? and can the added wife get the 1 year H1B extension if she is on the 6th year and subsequent 3 extensions after I-140.
Friends, please help me in this crucial situation, I am badly in need of help at this point of time.
