All, my GC is in progress in EB1C category. My I-140 is approved over a year ago and have both EAD and AP. Now I am getting a good offer with another company with similar job description. This company is willing to file I-485J. The following are my questions,
1. EB1 dates will get current for my PD starting new year. Will filing I-485J delay my GC approval? I am scared if there is a delay and during the delay if the dates go back again then it will be a wasted wait so far!
2. Will my EAD approval (incase I dont get GC in a year), be affected because of new employer?
3. Is there an automatic EAD extension for case like mine at least for 180 days?
