I551 rejected, what is the new replacement greencard timeline.to receive it?

I had requested for I551 stamp since my green card replacement application was under process and had not received any reply of application status online. I couldn’t travel and attend meeting since I didn’t receive call for I551 appointment for a week after application for info pass call schedule and I came to know after calling USCIS that my application for i551 was rejected (reason not clear). In the same week as rejection of application, I got another update that my green card is being produced by USCIS of which I received notice online last week. Would appreciate your help in following questions -

1. Does anyone know how long does it take for me to receive green card after this Status update?
2. Are there any other status updates that I will receive after this notice from USCIS stating that my green card is being produced?
3. My I551 stamp request was rejected, and I couldn’t travel last weekend, if green card is not received by me in time [in next one month], can I apply for I551 again because there is potential travel that is possible in next few days and I don't want to miss that again?
4. Is there a minimum duration after first I551 request what I have to wait for before making a new request again
