Hi,
I've couple of questions.
1. B.sc with 8 years of experience, PERM approved and yet to file the application.
2. Based on the category my EB3 I140 will come in years and i'm in 2nd year of first H1b of three years.
3. The current employment is fluctuation and the project seems to be in closure.
4. What will be the chances to port to EB2 if I do a 2 year distance masters degree now?
5. I have to start a new employment before my I 140 means I have to start a fresh GC process?
