My grandmother had filed for my mother and the process finished last year.. Throughout the entire process as her son I was also being filed for because at the initial start of the process I was 16.. Now in 23 and when my mother's filing came through I recieved a letter saying I had aged out and not legible to get a green card... I'm asking what steps can I take and how long it would take now my mother is in the us
