Hello everyone,
My mom just came to USA with B2 visa and I want to start the process for her to get a Green Card ( I am an american citizen), my question is what forms do I submit and do I have to submit them all at once or in a few steps? ( she plans to stay here untill she gets her GC). I also wanted to know if my mother-in-law can sponsor her if I and my husband do not make enough? by the way how much do I have to make to sponsor her??
