Hey all,
For my affidavit of support I got a bank statement that shows an overview of the monthly payments I get in student funding, but it contains a disclaimer from the bank stating the following:
"Although this overview has been carefully compiled, ING bank N.V. cannot guarantee the correctness or completeness of the overview. The ING does not accept liability for any possible damages, of any kind, that are in any way the result of the use of the overview. No rights can be granted on the basis of this overview."
Is a disclaimer like this going to be a problem if I submit this as evidence of income? The only way I can think of to not have a statement like this on it is getting a full bank statement with all transactions on it, but that would mean having to translate 40 or so pages of bank transactions, which I would prefer to avoid.
Any ideas?
