Hello,
I would like to ask a question concerning my immigrant petition.
On November 2010, my mother, filled a family based visa on my behalf(F2B):
Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 years of age or older) of Permanent
Residents: 23% of the overall second preference limitation.)
Till now, I was checking my visa availability status on an official
http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps.../bulletin.html visa
bulletin site.
However, in this month, they(USCIS) has updated the site's visa bulletin
content, and the policy as well; in particular, in addition to an existing
chart(for checking the priority dates), they have also added one more chart;
which is also showing the cut-off dates for the visa availability.
My question is: in which chart should I look for further proceeding?
I would like to also add, that, because of the new chart; in comparison with
an old one - the cut-off date to wait for my category(F2B)
has been increased for almost 2 years(which is, a good news for me).
