My mom n dad have same situation as u. There interview was scheduled on april but due to that sputum reports have to wait for 8 weeks n then f4 file retrogated. Pd is 15 March 2003 so now it will be current in dec visa bulletin. So they have to do medical test again?. if possible then send me ur contact num on

I filed I485 in Oct 2015 and completed the Medicals then, now its more than a year. Will I need a second round of medical when the PD is nearing to be current?

Slow movement of F4

Hello,

It's moved only 1.5 months only. Still, July 2003 is very far from actual final action date. Why? Are they taking too long time to complete older files? Same with
China its moved 2 months with new fresh files.

I guess after 22 Jul 2003 movement of India F4 would be very important for us.
