Hello! My aunt petitioned my Father and they have already paid the fees and they already have an interview date this June 2017. My name was on the list before but cant pay because im over 21 now, we just let it knowing we can pay soon but my status became "Follow to join" then few weeks later my status became "Not available" what do we need to do now to become my status become "Accompany" again. If all documents Have reached delhi embassy you need to contact delhi embassy.

i approached NVC in the month of august 2016.by september end everthng was done.DS260 fees etc.i waiting till december to get the interview.and u shld do it asap so that u get the case completion mail.and then u wait for ur PD to become current and interview call!

When did you approached NVC for CSPA approval. after approval how much time did it took to become yr PD current. I think it will take atleast a year to become my PD current as its on Jan 23, 2004. so when is the right time to approach NVC. Pl advise

My PD was 14 May2003..I am done with my interview and visa too.You should Write an email to NVc stating your case no and they will update your daughters status to accompany.After That you will be able to fill up DS260.Then wait for your Pd to become current.

MY age is 24 and they ask minimum questions to the principal aplicant !

my priority date is 8 oct 2003 and my case was approved on 10 nov 2009. my dob is 08-07-1994. when will i be able to pay fess for me? My parents have already paid their fees.

Yes, write an email to NVC to change your status from follow to join to accompany then you will be able to pay the feees online and then submit form ds260.
