I-130 & I-485: Pending for more than 1 year

My wife is a US citizen and I was on H1B when we filed our case. We moved from San Francisco to New york after our couple's interview took place in the immigration offce in San Francisco and the officer even mentioned to us that our moving was not going to be a problem.

Can anyone suggest what I should do at this point? I am clueless Our multiple visits to local NY offices haven't revealed any new information. Should I request for a senator involvement? Is there a way to appraoch an immigration judge?
