  • Failed to remove condition on residence - Need help/Lawyer because of travel Need

    Hello,

I just come out from the court. Seems that my case is difficult. Didn't have any lawyer because I could not affor it.

Failed to apply on time. Then receive a letter to appear at the Court. I have been there 3 times inculding today (November 27, 2007; May 27, 2008; june 17, 2008). Now they gave me an appointment for next week to show the copy of my filed I-751 (didn't have the whole package with me today).

It has been more than 1 year since I missed to file the petition to remove condition on residence. I have a chance to go abroad and work for a large US company -Government contractor. Need to get out without beeing removed. Or get out while being sure that I can re-enter.

    How do I do that?
The employer has already started the process to hire me. And I told him about my situation.

They want me to be overseas in july.
I have have the option to volontarily depart from here. I am thinking about that. Because the pay will be twice what I used to make here. but i am affraid I will not be able to come back.
FYI, the judge did tell me to file the I-751 and I did it finally.

    1. What are my options?
    2. Can I get an advance parole? - whatever that means...
    3. Do you know a good lawyer -who knows very well the judges in San Francisco- with that kind of specific experience with whom i can arrange a deal? I do not have the money to pay right away but my waiting job will allow me to do it easily.

My next appointment is June 28 (tuesday)
    North California

    Thanks for the input
