I’m a new US citizen. My parents have been coming to US for more than 7 years as a visitors. Now that I become a citizen they don’t want to come to US under the visitor visa they asked me to started the process to get a green card for them.
1- my incomes are not high enough to be an sponsor for both of them. We don’t own a house. We are working on it.
2 - 3 household member living with me. My husband , my baby and me of course.
4 - My bank account is not even high and so don’t have a savings account.
5- all the money that have been saving always goes away because we have to pay for our daughter daycare and others expenses. Having a child in America cost a lot of money.
7- I don’t think my husband wants to cooperate and being a co sponsor because he wants to bring his parents too. His parents haven’t been in US in they life.
I can’t ask my husband to sign or help me tu sign a affidavit for my parents when he wants to bring his.
I don’t wan this situation get us in trouble. We have a beautiful family and a beautiful baby.
Any advice. Also my parents have a valid 5 years visitor visa and they can come when they want. They want to live with me when the visa expires. When the visa expires they have to reaply for a new one. SadIy it will be just one entry’s visa for a 3 months period because trump administration change the immigration laws in my country , for that reason they want me to started the precession once the 5 years visa expire . I’m under to much stress right now. I don’t know how this situation is going to end. My parent aren’t easy sometimes and they always think I don’t want to help.
