Hello everyone,
We filed greencard last year together through Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery and she got approved by USCIS, while I was denied. During that i-485 filing, she was the principal applicant and I was the derivative of her. Now she is willing to file I-130 form for me. My questions are:
1. In I-130 form, part 5, there is this question: "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary?"
What should she answer for this question? Yes or No?
I was derivative of the DV based AOS petition during 2019.
2. Does derivative of principal applicant in previously filed i-485 and beneficiary in current i-130 form mean the same?
