I had filed I-130 for my unmarried son (over 21 years), as Green Card Holder under F2B in 2016. Now after 4+ years, I have received a SMS and email, saying that RFE is raised. How can I find, what the RFE is? I have become a US citizen recently. Can I still retain the category under F2B or will I forced to take up F1 category?
